Some time ago I found this recipe at Southern Living Insider, I enjoy this with a few changes.
I like to place the pumpkin seed, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt into a bowl, then fill with filter water covering the mixer and mixing the mixer. Next I cover the bowl with a towel and leave this mixer Soaking overnight. On the next day I drain off the water and place the seed on a cookie sheet and dry in the oven at 150 degrees until the seeds are dry.
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup hulled raw pumpkin seed (pepitas)
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon raw honey
In an 8 – 10-inch frying pan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in pumpkin seeds, cumin, ground cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, and salt. Stir constantly until pumpkin seeds are lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Stir in honey and continue to stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and spread in a single layer on a plate. Let cool until no longer sticky. 12 to 15 minutes Use immediately, or store.
